The Miller XPS 450 is a rugged transformer industrial MIG welder with separate wire feeder. Ideal for manufacturing, heavy industry and mining workshops.

What's Included

Traditional tapped transformer power source. Simple and precise enabling the operator to obtain the desired arc voltage with ease. The XPS 450 has 40 steps providing even greater 

flexibility for the operator.

Fan On Demand™ energy efficient design, keeps power source internal components cleaner, reducing maintenance.

Thermal overload protection. Shuts down the power source output, if overheating of either the main transformer or rectifier occurs.

115VAC Auxiliary power receptacles for Miller water cooling systems.

Industrial Running Gear and cylinder rack, allow the operator easy manoeuvrability of the XPS and ancillaries such as a wire feed unit, water cooling system and gas cylinder.

Dual digital meters with hold function, displays clear, precise readings of arc voltage and amperage. Displays have a hold feature enabling the last parameters to be viewed after
welding has stopped.

Two inductance Terminals & Laminated Inductor provide a stable, smooth arc.

ST24 Series Wire Feed unit compliments the XPS series by combining a tough, rugged 4 roll drive wire feeder, to the new efficient power source.
