The Zeus plasma series of machines boast the latest in plasma cutting technology. The CUT160 is an ultra-portable cutting
machine that can be used for both manual and robotic cutting. It can cut conductive metal including low carbon steel,
stainless steel and aluminium of up to 40mm
The ZEUS CUT 160 allows the cutting current to be accurately pre-set, which allows for stepless adjustment. Thus,
the machine is capable of cutting through a single workpiece with varying thicknesses easily and quickly. A lower current is
used on the thin parts, whilst a higher current is used on thicker parts which maintains a stable cutting quality throughout,
and less electricity.
Furthermore, the CUT160 uses advanced inverter technology, allowing it to operate more efficiently, with a greatly reduced
noise output. This innovative machine series comes with a built-in, self-cleaning water trap for effortless cutting convenience.
The ZEUS Plasma series are economical and easy-to-use. They operate with high cutting speeds and deliver a smooth,
even cut when used with correct settings in place.
The machine has been manufactured according to the IS09001 quality standard, and meets GB15579, ICE60974, En60974,
AS60974 and UI60974 standards.
