Thermamax Zeus Cut 100 Plasma Cutter

The Zeus plasma series of machines boast the latest in plasma cutting technology. is an ultra-portable cutting machine that can be 

used for both manual and robotic cutting. It can cut conductive metal including low carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium of
up to 30mm, with severance cutting up to 35mm

The ZEUS CUT100 comes with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology which works by pulsating DC current and varying the amount
of time that each pulse stays ‘on’ to control the amount of current that flows to a device. This ensures that the machine operates at the
optimal power for high-performance cutting.

Furthermore, the CUT100 uses advanced inverter technology, allowing it to operate more efficiently, with a greatly reduced noise output.
This innovative machine series comes with a built-in air filters and regulators.

The ZEUS Plasma series are economical and easy-to-use. They operate with high cutting speeds and deliver a smooth, even cut when used
with correct settings in place
