The Intellimig device connects to your wire feeder with a special torch.

The Device has the following Features.

Able to be used in TRAINING MODE, this allows your best welder to lay down parameters for the rest of your operators.

Intellimig can register the correct amps and volts for the welding job, depending on the metals thickness.

Once this is established upper and lower parameters are set for example 10%, so if the weld is at 180 amps,
the upper could be 198A and the lower 162A. This applies to the volts too.

When the operator begins welding and he goes over the 198A the torch handle vibrates, if he goes below 162A
it also vibrates. If he ignores the warning the welder switches off and he has to press the torch switch 3 times to start welding again.

All this information is relayed to “The Cloud”, where management can monitor the welder’s performance and efficiency.

Graphs are produced providing various information, which assists management to ensure that production improves.

The system will produce reports on the amount of wire and gas used.
